Deposit & Cancel Policy

At Imperio del Arte Tattoo Studio, we specialize in creating unique and personalized tattoos that showcase our client's individuality. Our team of experienced artists works closely with each client to ensure that their vision is brought to life in a beautiful and lasting way.  CASH deposits are required to schedule an appointment and will be applied towards the end cost of your tattoo session. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS! Your deposit will not be refunded, applied to a different service/drawing, or transferred to another client for any reason.

At Imperio del Arte Tattoo Studio you are responsible for rescheduling your appointment. If you do not reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance or do not show up at all, your deposit will be forfeited. Being more than 15 minutes late is also considered a no-show and will result in your deposit being lost. Another appointment can be made but a new deposit will be required.
